Teenagers and women these days are very concerned about their skin complexion. Some people may experience imbalanced skin tone, like darker complexion on the neck, but fairer in the face. Prolonged sun exposure can cause dull , dry and dark skin . Use of some chemical products also can result in the same manner. There are many skin whitening creams available in the market these days, but majority of the products appear to be made of chemical ,and are sure the prolonged use of it will harm the skin.
There are some natural way to lighten the skin.
1. Yogurt with dried orange peels
Dry the orange peels by placing them under the hot sun until the peels turn dry and crisp. Later grind it to make powder. Mix a tablespoon of this powder with a tablespoon of fresh yogurt to make a paste.Clean the face , then apply this paste over face and leave about 20 minutes . Repeat this three times in a week for best results
2. Yogurt with tomato and oatmeal
Mix a tablespoon of oatmeal with one tablespoon of tomato juice and enough yogurt to make a paste . Mix well and apply this on your face as a mask and leave it on for 30 minutes. Wash well and dry then apply some mild skin moisturizer .
3. Milk with lemon juice and honey
Mix together a tablespoon of milk and fresh lemon juice each. Then, add in a teaspoon of honey. Honey is a good moisturizing agent, but lemon may dry the skin. Mix all ingredients well and apply over face after cleaning . Leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse off.
Yogurt contains lactic acid, which can act as natural bleach for the skin. Rub some fresh yogurt over clean face and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse off as usual. Yogurt can also use with a tablespoon of honey or lemon for best results.
Lemon is the best natural bleaching agent. Cut out a small part of lemon and rub it on your face in circular motion. Allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes. Later, wash off using lukewarm water. Doing daily will give best results , but lemon can dry the skin .Can apply honey onto your face after trying out this remedy to lock in some moisture.
