Drink Lots of Water
It is always advisable to drink lots of water. When you exercise, your skin loses water due to evaporation, leaving it dehydrated. Dehydrated skin can cause premature aging. Wearing a lightweight moisturizer will help the skin retain water. If you are exercising outdoors, try to use a very light moisturizer with a sunscreen.
Sweat and cosmetic can break out your skin no matter what product you are using. So, before your workout, remove all traces of makeup from your face. Use a makeup remover or facial wipes and use a toner to make sure your skin is free to breathe.
Use Your Own Towel
Use your own towel while working out. Most of the gyms keep fresh towels but they are washed in bulk, so they are not guaranteed to be totally germ free. You do not want to use the towel used by any sweaty uncle. That will be so gross.
