Reason for deadly disease in lungs like cancer is mainly because of its lack of hygiene and presence of toxins. To protect the lungs from these is very important. We often don’t consider the important role our lungs play in keeping us strong and well. It’s not until we experience problems breathing that we take notice. But the truth is, like the rest of our body, our lungs need daily care and attention.

- If you repeat it three days continuously, you can get a healthy lungs forever. Avoid using milk products continuously for 3 days. liquor, coffee, non vegetarian food items, should be completely avoided. At night, before sleep, drink a glass of green tea. This destroys unnecessary toxins in the body.
- For three days,make pineapple juice a part of your breakfast. After breakfast,have carrot juice after half an hour.This can help in increasing alkaline in blood.

- After you wake up at morning, practice doing yoga or other exercises which intensifies lungs. Clean surfaces: Keep moist surfaces such as bathtubs, shower stalls, and kitchen counters clean and dry.
Control dust (especially if you’re allergic to animal dander and mites): Dust mites thrive in mattresses, sofas, stuffed chairs and bedding. Always wash bedding in hot water (at least 54.5 °C or 130 °F) to kill dust mites. Keep carpets clean and dry.
Ventilate: Make sure you’re getting lots of fresh, clean air into your home. Open your windows when cleaning, painting, installing new carpet or doing other household projects
