2. Reduce Rice in your diet and increase wheat based food
Rice is our number 1 meal. Stay off from white rice and replace rice with various wheat products. Include brown rice, brown bread, whole grains, oats and quinoa in your diet. Eat a lot of chapatis.
3. Eat lot of fresh vegetables and fruits
There is no doubt that your meals should contain fruits and vegetables. They contain a lot of fibers that suppress your appetite. In addition, they contain lots of minerals and vitamins.
4. Stop Snacking
Most of the snacks we eat while we watch TV are full of artificial components and calories. 5. Eat at least 3 hours before going to bed
This was the biggest mistake by most of us do. We eat dinner just before going to bed. When we sleep, the metabolic rate is slower. This means if you eat before going to bed your body accumulates the unnecessary nutrients and transforms it to body fat. If you go to sleep at 10.30 PM, finish your dinner before 7.30 PM.
